  1. On your Smart PBX Dashboard, click on Numbers.1
  2. Click on Spare Numbers button for a specific user.
  3. Click on the Port button. You also have an option to Buy numbers.
  4. Click on Start New Transfer button to start the porting number process.
  5. You can input a single number or copy+paste multiple numbers and select Add.
  6. You can now view the numbers according to their carrier. You will need to prepare the bill of your users and Letter of Authorization. You will need to upload the phone bills and the signed letter of authorization. (The phone bills should match whatever you can view)
  7. Please read and agree to the terms and conditions that you see. After this, click Next.
  8. You will be asked for two things: an email – which will be used to notify you when the transfer is complete and a date on when do you want the process to be completed. After which, you can now complete the order.
  9. You can add temporary numbers if you wish to still have an active line while waiting for the port order to be completed.
  10. After the process, the numbers will reflect on the Spare Numbers tab and you can now assign it to your specified user.
